Vacuum Bagging Composite Material Products
The composite material products for car and motocycle we present can be produced in both hand lay up and vacuum bagging technics according to customers’request. Compared to those produced with conventional manual spray-up forming technic,the products we make are better in fibre cubage,weight, thickness distribution as well as anti-ultraviolet.The specifications of this kind of products are more than 1000,and can be adapted to BMW,BENZ, PORSHE, HONDA,SUZUKI and YAMAHA.
In the making of moulds for cars and motorcycles,we choose FRP moulds with imported resin and glass fiber material which perfectly guarantee the shape of products and prolong the life cycle of moulds and the products froduced can be of the same quality as those produced with steel mould while significantly bring down the cost.
In the aspects of motorcar structure composite material development,we adopt heat pressure pre-impregnating technics and achieved high laminate quality and good structrure integrality.The out layer is carbon fiber pre-preg fabric and the inner-layer is Kevlar FRP sheet pruduced by DuPont company.The thickness and quantity of pre-preg fabric of each point is designed based on the load of that point.The products are of good firmness and low weight as well as good crashworthiness.
The chassis of engine and high-temperature area carbon fiber composite material components we produce is made of high-temperature resistant pre-preg materials and can stand the high temperture of engine and exhaust system.Composite materails perform better in coefficient of thermal expansion than aluminum do.With this kind of material,the automotive body structure, chassis of engine and other components are fixed together,the close tolerance accessories are kepet in good conditions.
Carbon Fiber Sheets, Tubes
We produce carbon fiber panel of varies specifications and the thickness of the sheets is diverse from 0.2mm to 20mm.The intensity of the products can be designed on the request of clients and produed in the way of heat-pressing forming or vacuum bagging.
The carbon fiber section bar, tubes are of all specifications and manufactured with the technics of RTM resin-impregnating, pultrusion, table rolling and filament winding upon different requirement.
Pultruded (CRP、FRP) , Winded Carbon Fiber,and Glass Fiber Section Rods and Tubes
